Come in. Take a breath. You’re allowed to arrive as you are. If you’re here, something in you is asking for space — space to feel, space to soften, space to reconnect with the version of you

Welcome

Start Here:

Sometimes you need a place to land for a minute — somewhere quiet, simple, and steady. If you're not sure what you need yet, start with one of these:

Read something that helps you reconnect:

A collection of stories, reflections, and gentle reminders to help you feel a little more like yourself again.

Explore the tools I've created for awareness:

Journals, books, numerology reports, and other resources designed to support your inner world at your own pace.

Work with me in person:

If your body is asking for rest, grounding, or a deeper exhale, this is where you can book a session with me.

Hi. I'm glad you're here.

This space exists so I can share the work that's moved through me over the years — the touch, the stories, the guidance, and the moments of awareness that have shaped my own healing and the healing of the people I've worked with.

I've been writing for as long as I can remember. First in little diaries with tiny keys, then in notebooks, on scraps of paper, on anything I could find when something inside me needed to be spoken. Writing has always been how I make sense of myself, how I stay connected, and how I offer what I've learned to others.

Now I get to share that work more openly — through my blogs, my books, and the pieces of writing that arrive through intuition and lived experience.

I'm a reverend, a writer, a massage and bodywork therapist, and an acupressurist. My work lives at the intersection of body, spirit, and story. I write about the metaphysical, about wellness and awareness, about spiritual guidance, sensuality, and the deeper layers of being human.

I call what I do wellness that touches soul, skin, and screen because my work meets people wherever they are — in their bodies, in their inner world, and in the quiet moments when a piece of writing lands exactly when it's needed.
